These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the state or federal courts of Missouri. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder to the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. I understand and agree that I will be solely responsible for, and assume the risk of the food handling procedures which I employ during the course of the Event or after any food prepared by me is removed from the Celebrity Chef Kitchens' premises including, but not limited to, the freezing and refrigerating of the food.    Further, I do hereby agree without exception to indemnify and hold harmless Celebrity Chef Kitchens, its affiliates, subsidiaries and franchisees and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees from all responsibility for any injuries or damages I sustain, or that anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may sustain, in connection with or resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in the Event and the food handling procedures I, or anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may, employ after the Event. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that if you need to cancel a reservation you will need to call your local Celebrity Chef Kitchens location.  Full refunds will only be given within 4 business days of the reservation.  Order/Scheduling Terms and Conditions 1. I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the Celebrity Chef Kitchens facilities during my assembling session. 2. I will not attend my Celebrity Chef Kitchens session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc. 3. I will promptly freeze my Celebrity Chef Kitchens meals following the conclusion of my assembling session. 4. I will follow the baking instructions specified on all meals. 5. I will keep all dinners below 40ºF while in storage and I will heat all dinners to an internal temperature above 145ºF for Steak, 155ºF for fish or ground beef and 165ºF for poultry when ready to eat. 6. I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all of my Celebrity Chef Kitchens meals. 7. I agree to release Celebrity Chef Kitchens from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Celebrity Chef Kitchens meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Celebrity Chef Kitchens.
